19^th - 10am – 11:30am - Program Development – How to take your idea and develop it into a program. Also develop a budget, recruit volunteers, evaluation, etc

6^th – 6:30 – 8pm - Public Relations and Publicity – How to get the word out about your organization, programs, needs, etc.

(postponed – TBA) 17^th - 10am- 11:30am- Financial management - How to manage and be accountable for the finances of your organization.

November

5^th- 6:30 – 8pm- Board Development: Purpose, job descriptions, recruitment, commitment, training, responsibility of board and board members.

December

10^th - 6:30 – 8pm - Fundraising Basics - Ideas on fundraising and components of fundraising.
